Order

All orders are placed online and delivery is within 2 weeks after approved proof. We have ready-made packages of 12, 24, 48 and 96 dozen balls. If you want to buy a different quantity, have two prints or something else, send us an email and we will get back to you with a price. The minimum order is always 12 dozen per supplier.

We deliver to the following countries: Nordic countries (Sweden, Finland and Denmark)

Prices

We keep the lowest prices you can find in a Swedish store. All prices shown are excl. VAT. In other words, 25% VAT is added. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time.

Shipping

Within the Nordic countries

Shipping costs 150 SEK incl. VAT. Free shipping on orders over 10,000 SEK incl. VAT.

Payment

You can pay by direct payment, card or invoice. Invoice payment is made after credit information has been taken. The invoice must be paid after delivery of your goods. We have let Svea Payment handle the payments for us.

Proofreading

You always receive a proofreading that you must approve before production starts.

Delivery times

Once you have approved the proofreading, it takes about 14 working days before we send your ordered goods. From the end of March to the beginning of May, it can take a little longer each year. Be there in good time! We invest a lot in being able to deliver ordered goods as quickly as possible. As soon as you have placed your order, we will process it.

Cancellation

Cancellation of orders is possible at no cost to you until the time when the proofreading has been approved. After the proofreading has been approved, there is no right of withdrawal on the order as these are specially ordered goods. A cancellation is not valid until confirmation has been received from us.

Complaints

If the delivered goods are faulty or damaged, you can complain about it. Contact us via email to info@logobollar.net with your order number for information on how to proceed. The invoice is your warranty certificate. All our products have a 1-year warranty. The warranty does not include shipping costs. In the event of a dispute, we will follow the decision of the General Complaints Board.

Unreceived/collected packages

If for any reason you have not given the carrier the opportunity to deliver the package or you have not collected it on time, it will be returned to us. You will then be obliged to pay for a new shipment and our possible additional costs.

Returns

We reserve the right to replace defective goods with equivalent ones if an identical product is not available at the time of processing the returned goods.

Protection of personal data

In connection with registration and ordering, you agree that we store and use your information in our business. We do this only for the purpose of fulfilling and providing the service that you expect from us. According to GDPR, which is the new data protection regulations, you have the right to know what information we have registered about you. If you consider it to be incorrect or irrelevant, you can request correction or removal from our customer register.
